Do you accept credit charges?

Yes, I do but only through Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, please contact me and I will send you a Paypal Invoice. You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay me if I email you a Paypal Invoice.

Why is your product prices more if I use Paypal?

Because Paypal charges a small handling fee per transaction, I have to add that fee onto my products for customers using Paypal. To avoid the higher cost of my products, you can pay in cash, cashier check, or money order.

What is the percentage of bone in each product that contains bone?

Why should I feed raw foods to my dogs and cats?

Dogs and cats are carnivores, raw is the most natural of all foods. Raw food has the highest quality proteins, muscle building, living tissues and bone which provides the natural source of nutrients absolutely necessary for good health in dogs and cats. Blue Ridge Beef plants strive to produce the best raw foods possible. Blue Ridge commitments to quality and service has shaped their company's long and proud history.

Should I cook Blue Ridge Beef raw foods?

I do not recommend cooking Blue Ridge Beef products because the whole object of feeding for health is to maintain optimum nutritional sources as best as humanly possible. Enzymes and nutritional values are lost in the cooking process.

What about safe handling of raw products?

As with any raw meats, certain practices are recommended. Keep frozen or refrigerated, thaw in refrigerator or in cold water, use in 2 or 3 days, never leave out in room temperature for long periods of time, keep unused portions frozen. Always wash hands, cutting boards, ect. with hot soapy water. Always disinfect any surfaces the raw meat came into contact with.
